Burn rate: 0.5% Maximum burn rate within a transaction is: 100 $UBN

Example:

If User transfer 100 token -> Destination wallet address will receive -> 99.5

If User transfer 1,000 token -> Destination wallet address will receive -> 995

If User transfer 10,000 token -> Destination wallet address will receive -> 9,975

If User transfer 20,000 token -> Destination wallet address will receive -> 19,900

Every year, on month of November and day 11, system reduce burning rate by 10% of current burning rate.
